Digital Product Refunds
The Marketing Maven sells digital products, including guides, ebooks, templates, workbooks, courses, AI-assisted marketing resources, and membership materials.
Because these products are delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once access, download links, course access, membership access, or digital delivery has been provided.
This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical products. Tragic, but also very logical.
When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in limited situations, such as:
Duplicate purchases of the same product
Technical issues that prevent access to the product
Accidental purchase of the wrong product, if access has not yet been used
A payment or checkout error
Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
Downloaded digital products
Templates, guides, ebooks, workbooks, and prompt packs after access has been delivered
Courses after login/access has been provided
Membership payments after the billing period has started
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers, unless stated otherwise
Products that have been accessed, downloaded, copied, or used
Membership Cancellations
If you join The Marketing Maven Membership, you may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided through the checkout platform, membership portal, or payment provider.
Cancelling your membership stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund payments already made.
You will usually retain access until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated at checkout or inside the membership platform.
Payment Plans
If a product is purchased through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments unless a cancellation or refund is approved in writing.
Missed or failed payments may result in loss of access to the product, course, membership, or related materials.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product checkout page.
Processing Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or checkout platform. The Marketing Maven does not control bank processing times, because apparently even money enjoys taking scenic routes.
